This is especially important at the beginning of a college program when things can be overwhelming for any student.

One of the most useful resources for college students is the Study Skills Database maintained by the Muskingum Center for Advancement of Learning (CAL) at Muskingum College in Ohio. It contains general purpose strategies like note-taking and time management as well as content specific tips for success in most college courses.
